The answer given here is obviously correct, as far as it goes. But the jelly roll referred to in the song that inspired Ferdinand Joseph LaMothe's professional name has a very different meaning – if not two – and neither of them is suitable for mention on a family website.
The Urban Dictionary supports me in this (on the meanings, at least – even if it doesn't consider it necessary to mention their suitability for family use).
